The SSO alternative for small teams

Stop paying
the SSO tax.

You have 100 tools and every one wants an Enterprise plan before it lets you manage logins in one place. SmashSSO adds and removes people across all of them from a single screen. No upgrades.

Flat fee from $199/month. Any number of people. Any number of tools.

The tax

One checkbox. Triple the bill.

Vendors know security teams will insist on SSO, so they lock it behind their most expensive plan. A 20-person company does not need the rest of that plan. You are paying for a login button.

And you only wanted SSO for one reason: to add and remove people in one place. That is the part we do.

What it does

Monday: new hire. Friday: someone leaves.

01

Onboard in one click

Pick a person and a bundle like “Engineer”. SmashSSO invites them to every tool in it, each with the right role.

02

See who has what

One grid: people down the side, tools across the top. Filled in from your tools on day one, not typed in by you.

03

Offboard everywhere

Someone is suspended in Google Workspace and we tell you where they still have access. One click removes them from all of it.

How it does it

It clicks the buttons you would have clicked.

Where a tool has an API for managing members, we use it. Where it does not, or hides it behind Enterprise, an agent opens the tool's own admin screen in a real browser and does the job there. Same clicks, minus you.

The full walkthrough
  1. 1

    Sign in with Google Workspace

Your people appear straight away, from your directory.

  2. 2

    Pick the tools you use

From a catalog built on a real 50-tool stack. Add your own.

  3. 3

Log in to each one, once

In a live browser we host, with your own admin account or one you set up for this. We keep only the session, encrypted; never the password.

  4. 4

    Watch the grid fill in

We read each tool's roles and members and match them to your people by email.

  5. 5

    Run it from one screen

Invite, change role, remove. Anything that would cost money waits for your approval.

50+

Why this exists

We built it for ourselves: a small company running more than fifty tools.

Every new hire meant an afternoon of invites. Every departure meant hoping we remembered all of them. SSO would have fixed it, at Enterprise prices on tool after tool. So we wrote the thing we wanted: one place to give access and take it back. SmashSSO runs on our own stack first.

Pricing

One flat fee. Not per seat. Not per tool.

Per-seat pricing is how you got here. SmashSSO costs the same whether you have five people or fifty, ten tools or sixty.

Whole company, billed annually

$199/ month

Or $499 month to month. 30-day money-back guarantee on every plan.

What it is not.

It is not single sign-on. Your people still log in to each tool the way they do today. SmashSSO controls who has an account and what role it has. It does not sit in the login path.

It acts as the account you log in with. That can be your own admin account or a dedicated one you create for SmashSSO. Changes show up in each tool's audit log under that account.

More on both, and on what tools' terms say about automation, in the FAQ and on the security page.
