Terms of service

Last updated 1 October 2026.

Draft. This text has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and may change before launch.

The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and SmashSSO LLC about your use of SmashSSO. By creating a workspace you accept them on behalf of your company and confirm you have authority to do so.

What the service does

SmashSSO lets you manage who has access to the third-party tools your company uses. It does this by calling those tools' APIs or by operating their web interfaces with software agents, using credentials and sessions that you provide. SmashSSO is not a single sign-on or identity provider.

Your responsibilities

  • You must have administrative rights over each tool account you connect, and the right to authorise us to act in it.
  • You are responsible for complying with each tool's terms of service, including any terms about automated access.
  • You are responsible for the changes you request, including any charges a tool makes as a result, such as paid seats.
  • You must keep your SmashSSO account secure and tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

Authorisation to act

You authorise us to access each connected tool using your session or token, solely to read its roles and members and to carry out the access changes you or your admins request.

Fees and refunds

Fees are a flat amount for your company, billed in advance for the period you choose. If the service does not work as described, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment within 30 days of that payment by writing to hello@smashsso.com. Otherwise fees are non-refundable.

Availability and changes

Third-party tools change their interfaces and may block automated access at any time. We do not guarantee that SmashSSO will work with any particular tool, or that a run will succeed. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Software agents can make mistakes; you should review the results of the changes you request.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or charges imposed by third-party tools.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the service unlawfully. On termination we delete stored sessions and tokens.
